11. How do I get started?Getting started is easy! Here’s what to do: 1. Book your free Discovery Call so we can discuss your goals and wellness needs. 2. Create an account & fill out your Intake Forms to help me understand where you’re starting from. 3. Schedule your first session — and we’ll dive right in!

What if I have health conditions or concerns?I tailor all my programs to accommodate your specific health concerns, and I will ensure that you're working in a way that is safe and effective for your body. If you have medical conditions, it’s important to let me know on your intake forms and during our initial consultation, and I will adapt the coaching to suit your needs. Please note: For specific medical conditions, I recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

6. How do I stay accountable between sessions?Accountability is key to long-term success. Between sessions, we’ll communicate regularly through email or your preferred platform. If you’re feeling confident and ready to move forward on your own, we can wrap things up or transition to occasional check-ins. If you’d like continued support, we can extend your coaching for further growth and maintenance.

13. What is your refund policy?Due to the personalized nature of coaching, all payments are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled. If you’re not satisfied with your coaching experience, please reach out, and I will do my best to address your concerns and adjust the approach to better suit your needs.

Whether you’re just beginning, deepening your practice, or looking to maintain your results, we support you every step of the way with tailored strategies for lasting change.

4. How often will we meet?Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your coaching package and preference. During our sessions, we will dive into your personalized fitness, nutrition plans, and discuss any adjustments needed. If you need more frequent check-ins for accountability, we can customize this to fit your goals.

7. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. Here’s our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No fees! We’ll reschedule at a time that works for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% fee will be charged for the session. No-shows: If you miss a session without notification in advance, you will be charged the full session fee. I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. For more details on cancellations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.

9. How do I track my progress?We’ll use a variety of tools to track your progress, including a Client Progress Tracker, where you’ll record your wins, challenges, and any shifts in mindset. This helps us evaluate what’s working, adjust as needed, and celebrate your successes. Regular check-ins also help ensure that you’re making steady progress toward your goals.

8. What if I’m late to a session?We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, to respect everyone’s time, we follow this policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late: The session may be canceled or shortened, and you’ll still be charged for the full session. It is recommended to plan ahead to avoid any delays!
